Do I need an appointment or do you take walk-ins?

We do not have a waiting area, so walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Vehicles may be dropped off without an appointment, but all work is scheduled. Drop-offs are for the day, with vehicles typically ready for pickup at the end of the workday. We also offer an after-hours key drop for your convenience. Please be sure to fill out our contact/quote form so we have your vehicle information and can reach you about the work needed.
Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes — we work on most makes and models, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. If you have something unusual or a specific concern, feel free to reach out and ask.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates requested through our form or over the phone are no obligation. Estimates can be sent by text or email for your convenience and are valid for two weeks. If a diagnostic is required, we’ll explain any associated fees upfront before moving forward.

Is there a diagnostic fee and does it go toward the repair?

Diagnostic fees vary depending on the issue, but usually include up to an hour of labor. In some cases, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair if you choose to proceed. We’ll always discuss this with you before any work is done.

What happens if you find additional issues during the repair?

We never perform additional work without your approval. If we find additional issues, we complete a digital visual inspection that includes photos and/or videos, and send you a copy by text or email. This allows you to see exactly what we’re seeing, so we can review the findings together and discuss your options before moving forward.

Do you work with extended warranty companies?

Yes. We work with most extended warranty providers. If you have an extended warranty, let us know when you drop off your vehicle or include the details in your estimate request so we can help coordinate the process.

Is your work covered by a warranty?

Yes. Most repairs come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the repair and parts used, and we’re always happy to explain the details before work begins.
